nv-samplr 1.0.1 - Windows x64

Requirements
- Windows 11 x64 recommended (audio capture requires Windows build 20348+).
- A DAW supporting VST3 instruments, such as FL Studio.
- Microsoft Visual C++ v14 x64 Redistributable:
  https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
- Microsoft Edge WebView2 Evergreen Runtime:
  https://developer.microsoft.com/microsoft-edge/webview2/

Install the plugin
1. Close your DAW.
2. Extract this ZIP completely.
3. Copy the ENTIRE nv-samplr.vst3 folder from the VST3 folder into:
   C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
Administrator permission may be required for this copy.
4. Open your DAW and rescan its plugins. Load nv-samplr as an instrument.
In FL Studio, use its plugin manager to scan, then add it to a channel.

The file nested inside nv-samplr.vst3/Contents is not the complete plugin.
Keep the full folder structure. Avoid installing multiple copies of this version.

Standalone
Run Standalone/nv-samplr.exe after installing the runtimes if needed.

Quick start
Browse to a media page, start its audio, and click Record at cursor.
Pause to edit. Resume inserts more audio at the cursor; Append Take adds at
its end. Use Place rec cursor, then click the waveform, to choose a position.
Play/Stop playing preview the sample. Use New blank clip to start fresh.
Drag the WAV into your DAW or export it. MIDI note 60 plays original pitch.
Library > Browse samples lists saved WAVs and source references.

Appearance
Use Settings > Edit live appearance config to open the active config.
The Appearance folder in this download contains a default config and schema.
On end-user machines the active config lives under:
  %APPDATA%\skaterbate\nv-samplr\appearance.json
Copy the supplied config/schema there if desired; do not overwrite an existing
custom config unless you want to replace it. Images are relative to the config.
The public build always uses the AppData appearance config, never a development
source-tree file.

Your data
Settings/browser profile: %APPDATA%\skaterbate\nv-samplr
Samples: chosen Sample folder (default Documents\nv-samplr\Samples).
Keep .wav.nv.json metadata beside WAVs to retain source references.
No user recordings, browsing profiles or settings are included in this ZIP.

Updating / uninstalling
Close the DAW before replacing/removing the entire VST3 bundle.
Removing the plugin files does not remove your samples or settings.

Limitations
Windows x64 only; 120-second combined clip limit. This is a manual ZIP install.
The binaries are unsigned. See RELEASE-NOTES.md for tested behavior and limits.
