But many players on PS5, Xbox, and PC have reported a frustrating issue: the Founders items are not appearing after purchase.

If you’re in the same boat, don’t panic — your items aren’t gone, and there’s a reliable way to get them.


The Issue: Missing Founders Pack Rewards

Players who bought either the Founders or Founders Deluxe packs sometimes don’t see their rewards show up immediately in-game. This can lead to confusion, especially since the items are advertised as instant unlocks.


The Fix: Wait and Sync Your Account
